Epic Pumpkin Ice Cream

Pro-Ef | Simple Recipes - Epic Pumpkin Ice Cream by iampro~Ef

4 cups (1 L) vanilla ice cream
1 cup (250 mL) pure pumpkin purée
5 tbsp (75 mL) sugar
1/2 tsp (2 mL) ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp (2 mL) ground ginger
pinch ground cloves

Scoop vanilla ice cream into a bowl and let sit for 10 to 15 minutes to soften. Add remaining ingredients to bowl and beat with electric beaters just until combined. Freeze until firm, then scoop and enjoy. Serves about 5.
