I'm not sure who was behind this mini remix album for Italian composer Ludovico Einaudi, but top marks to them because there are some stunning collaborations. The album came out this week and includes contributions from Starkey, Phaeleh, Steven Siegel and Robert Lippok. You can buy a copy here.

Also, speaking of Phaeleh, he can be found guesting on the new album from our fellow Cardiff lad Lung, which is out now on Hospital off shoot, Med School. You can stream the whole thing below.

Been a while since we heard from The Snare Bear, not suprising really since it's hibernation time (well it is in Scotland where the Buffalo, NY native is currently resting) and this new tune he hit us up with certainly would be suited to those long cold winter nights spent in the depths of a cave in the Highlands some place.

We're already fans of ProF's laid back productions here at Chrome Kids but think this has to be our favourite so far. It's sundown at the beach meets sunrise on Mars, a beautiful liquid crunching digital Hip-hop funk fest.

Great experimental Hip-hop set here from INSIDEaMIND. Which was first broadcast on Toronto's Student Radio, CIUT as part of the city's Nuit Blanche Art Festival. The majority of the records used came from the station's basement collection and were sourced only the day before. Out of these INSIDEaMIND have created a fantastically tripped out soundscape where epic distorted Rock guitar journeys meet firing drum shots and scratched up jazz horns. Thanks to ProF for schooling us on these guys.
