Parker returns in full festive mode, taking on Bing Crosby's version of Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer and flipping it Drum & Bass style to turn your Christmas party into a proper seasonal rave up. But the Christmas chrome cheer doesn't stop there, iamxl give's us a B'more remix of a Hawaiian Christmas classic and our favourite twisted techno freaks Sicknote have chosen the seasonal sentiments in the Frog Song to spread their own brand of XXXmas loving. More of a cover than a remix, we're not so sure Macca would stand together with them on this DnB style flex, but then who really gives a f**k.

Okay so we're possibly way off remit here but f**k it that's the joy of blogs, we can basically do what we want... long as it's good of course. This is indeed set to be a good night by the looks of things. Probably most enticing for us are The Correspondents who we've played with a couple of times over the last year or so. Mixing up Swing era steeze with Hip-hop swagga and a touch of Drum N Bass Charleston, these fellas are some of the most fun you can have in a dance as long as you leave your serious hat at home and let loose a little bit. Add to the line up some of the filthiest funkalicious Fidget / Electro courtesy of 2 Bit Thugs, XFM favourite’s The London Punks and a man with tunes even bigger than his hairdo (which is pretty massive), Benji Boko who can count DJ Yoda, Nightmares on Wax and Faithless amongst his fan base and you have what should shape up to be a flavoursome night of fun indeed. It's rare indeed that we'll post any straight up Drum N Bass tracks, but what with us being all up in Knowledge Mag and dropping a DnB tune in our mix from Baobinga & ID that you might not have expected and two straight up Jungle offerings from both Count & Sinden and Stagga (which may find it's way into the blogosphere soon), it seems like the perfect time to drop these exlusives on your eardrums from Jamal.

This tune has been floating about for a while on BBC 1Xtra and mixes from the likes of Infiltrata (aka West Coast Dubstep don 12th Planet) but until now has never properly seen the light of day, despite much nagging. Don't let the name and floaty eastern sounding samples fool you, this is some dangerous bass heavy tear out bizness indeed.

Jamal has been in the studio cooking up some new tracks but his Jeckyl and Hyde style alter ego Don Leisure is keeping his side of things pretty much locked down at the moment, with his Darkhouse Family project alongside Metabeats gaining much love from the likes of Waajeed, Gaslamp Killer, Illum Sphere and Martyn, plus radio plays on BBC Radio 1 and 1Xtra amongst many. The first official taster from that should come on Volume 2 of Fat City's fairly seminal Producer compilation out next month. Check the incredible full line up for that here.

Also hailing from the Cardiff area, Easy Buffalo just hit us with this funkalicious little Gorillaz bootleg. They also have a few tracks in the pipeline with some of our favourite smoothed out Welsh rappers such as Redeye, Skunkadelic and Louis Boston, we've had a little taster and should hopefully be able to share a little something more with you all soon.
