Mochipet just slammed us with the first single to his forthcoming album 'Rawr Means I Love You' due out later this year. 'Whomp-a-saurus Sex Party', as the name suggests is like an orgy between the Dinobots (well the Triceratops one was called 'Slag'). Incidentally, the T Rex one, Grimlock, is one of the only toys that I still hold from my childhood. Him and the big snail looking Zoid... ah and Ma Mutt (was he even a proper Thundercat character?)! All of whom could probably gate crash this particular gang bang and still not make it any less filthy.

The single has already reached #1 on Addictech so to celebrate, it shall be given away to fans via SoundCloud as soon as it hits 5069 plays. However, you can pick it up now on with some beastly remixes from the likes of Freddy Todd, Ill-esha and Ben Samples.

Some big things have been goin on in the world of our Irish bredren DROKKR recently. He has EPs on the way for (about to launch) Scottish label Urge Mode and also Badman Press Recordings. The track Big Drink is very different to any thing that he has produced in the past. 100bpm anyone? This will be out sometime in June with label owner DZ on duty for the remix. Here is a clip...

You can catch the lego headed heavyweight alongside our very own Monky plus Pangaea, Central Spillz, Magenta and Adam Corner at Cardiff Arts Institute on May 21st.

By now, those of you with a penchant for gnarly basslines and swaggering bruiser beats may well have picked themselves up a copy of the new Timestretch EP from the West Coast master of such styles Bassnectar, which was due out this week but dropped early as it escaped from the Beatport cage like the Kracken in Clash Of The Titans. If you haven't got a copy then read no further, run over to here now and grab it (along with special DJ tools, bonus tracks, and bundle packs) before coming back and enjoying this delicious bootleg of the title track which features vocals from Nelly Furtado's Turn Out The Lights

As if Kraddy from the Glitch Mob's solo stomper Android Porn was not monstrous enough, it's just had a Godzilla sized remix from Mochipet. Due to drop on Berlin based Equinox Records.

Couple of Hulk Hop heavyweights pile in with all guns blazing today. First up is the mighty Bassnectar who fixes up the Pixies' Where Is My Mind? into a killer slice of Crunk Rock. George Lenton meanwhile is on similar grounds with his Phar Phar Dec wobbling, bumping and grinding more than a fat hooker on horse tranquilizer. Loving the Big Pun breakdown in the middle too, massive!

You can also pick up the instrumental to this here.

Our favourite smokey soulster Pete Lawrie received some more blog loving for the Cousin Cole remix of his track All That We Keep last month but we just copped an exclusive from our Hollyrock homeboy Troublemaker that adds extra stomp whomping Hulk Hop heaviness to the track Black & Blue eating other remixes for breakfast, lunch and high tea. Check it out.

And if you missed the Speech Debelle remix of the same track or the Monkey remix of Panic. You can find them here and here respectively.

Hopefully we haven't over loaded you with all the dope mixtapes this month because now we have our very own Hulk Hop Vs Crunk Rock mix for you to blast out. Stacked full of some of our favourite recent Dubstep tracks including: Stagga's killer track that's currently smashing dancefloors, Sick As Sin and his exclusive refix of Busta Rhymes' I Got Bass ; Monkey's version of the Velvet Underground track Venus In Furs, a grimeish version of Living On A Prayer by Swedish Hip-hop crew Looptroop; George Lenton's fantastic remixes of MGMT and The King Blues, and a couple of our favourite Raffertie remixes for The Scarlet Harlots and Food For Animals; there's also plenty more Bass heavy Future Hip-hop and erm Black Sabbath and the Rolling Stones too. Please feel free to circulate this wherever you choose.
